League Registration

Register for T-ball, youth softball, or adult softball, review league expectations, complete the required forms, and help support a strong season for local players and families.

How registration works

Review and complete the registration packet, then submit your player registration through the league sign-up form below.

Please be ready to provide player information, contact details, division selection, and jersey size during registration.

Before you register

  • Choose your division: T-ball, youth softball, or adult softball
  • Review the Code of Conduct
  • Review league rules
  • Complete the participation waiver
  • Have all player and contact information ready
  • Know your player’s jersey size

What players receive

All registered players will receive a jersey for the season and a trophy at the end of the year.

Photo Notice Photos and video may be taken during league games, practices, and events for use in Morongo Valley Sports League and Morongo Valley Community Services District promotional materials, including social media, printed materials, and the district website.

Player Registration Fee

The registration fee is $60 per player and helps support uniforms, equipment, field upkeep, trophies, and league operations.

Our goal is to keep the league accessible to all families. If you are unable to pay the registration fee, please still complete registration. Financial assistance may be available.
