How to reserve

Fill out the rental form
Complete the Facility Rental Agreement with your event information and requested rental space.

Submit it to the office
Email it to admin@morongovalleyfire.org or bring it to the District office during business hours.

Pay your invoice
Once approved, you will receive a QuickBooks invoice by email with payment options.
Before you book
- Applicant must be 18 years or older
- Reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance
- Reservations may be made up to 12 months in advance
- Additional deposit or insurance may be required depending on the event
- Cleanup and timely exit are required for full deposit return

What are the rental hours?
Rental hours for Covington Park facilities are 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Can I decorate before the event starts?
Yes, but setup and cleanup time must be included in your reservation window.
Are candles, confetti, or glitter allowed?
No. Open flames, confetti, glitter, rice, birdseed, silly string, nails, staples, thumbtacks, glue, and duct tape are not permitted.
Can alcohol be served?
Yes, with the proper permit, approval, and insurance documentation. A higher deposit may also apply.
Will insurance be required?
Some rentals may require proof of insurance in the minimum amount of $1,000,000 naming the Morongo Valley Community Services District.
